Batter BlasterBatter Blaster is an exciting Austin company that makes cooking pancakes AWESOME! Their product is so genius that we get excited just talking about it. Basically, it works like this: buy Batter Blaster products, store in fridge. When you want to make pancakes, heat up a griddle with a little butter, then shake up the can and spray the all natural batter onto the griddle, and you’ve GOT PANCAKES! So what are the the Guys in Kilts doing during SxSW? Well, one day of the festival (probably Saturday or Sunday) you’re going to have to come find us (we’ll be wearing Batter Blaster t-shirts and kilts, of course) and check in using Facebook Places or other favorite Social Location tool. B.D. Riley’s PubA long time supporter of everything Austin, including the Austin tech scene and its various groups, B.D. Riley’s is a favorite pub for the guys in 5Kilts and many more besides. The pub has poured perfect pints in the heart of Sixth street for the last ten years and has supported SXSW Interactive throughout.
